Our charges are very simple to understand. Clients usually prefer to know in advance what they will be charged, and so we have a simple set tariff.

|To add a joint owner||S$330 per person|
|To add further properties||S$330 per property|
So, for one person who is the sole owner of one property, the total cost will be S$660. If there are two owners, the total cost will be S$990. If those two owners have two properties, the total cost would be S$1,320 etc. Where we have to prepare tax returns for more than one year together, we offer a generous economy of scale. If you need our help to register with HM Revenue & Customs we apply a one off fixed fee of S$200 per application. If you need our help to apply into the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme we apply a one off fixed fee of S$250 per application.
We do not need to apply GST to our invoices.
